Triscit Shrimp (Amy Style)

Shrimp (prepared)
 
1/2 Box Rosemary Triscits
Ritz Crackers
1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
Salt and Pepper
Rosemary 
Garlic
Coconut?

3 Eggs
1 C. Milk
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Prepare shrimp by devaining and washing.
Combine all the dry ingredients to make a crumble. Combine all the wet ingredients. If the shrimp are already wet from rinsing, cover them in the dry crumble, dip them in the milk mixture, coat them again in the dry crumble and leave them resting in the crumble until you are ready to grill.
If you want them perfectly grilled, solicit Joe's instruction.
