2 C. Nuts, Dates, Sunflower Seeds, Coconut, Dry Apples, Pumpkin Seeds, etc.
1/2 C. Olive Oil
1/2 C. Honey
A Little Extract (Almond, Vanilla or Maple)
1/8 C. Coco Powder (optional)
- Heat wet ingredients together on the stove until mixed.
- Combine dry ingredients and coat in wet mixture.
- Cover dehydrator trays with parchment paper and pour mixture over trays.
- Dehydrate at 125F overnight.
Note: Generally this is doubled because it gets eaten too fast!
