Homemade Granola (Chris and Shay)

2 C. Oats or Oat-like Things (rolled barley, etc.)
2 C. Nuts, Dates, Sunflower Seeds, Coconut, Dry Apples, Pumpkin Seeds, etc.

1/2 C. Olive Oil
1/2 C. Honey
A Little Extract (Almond, Vanilla or Maple)
1/8 C. Coco Powder (optional)


  1. Heat wet ingredients together on the stove until mixed.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and coat in wet mixture.
  3. Cover dehydrator trays with parchment paper and pour mixture over trays.
  4. Dehydrate at 125F overnight. 
Note: Generally this is doubled because it gets eaten too fast!
