White Sauce

1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Flour
1/8 tsp. Salt
A few dashes of Pepper
1 C. Milk

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan till bubbly. Turn off heat.
Whisk flour mixture into butter till well combined. Turn heat on low. Cook for about 1 minute (this gets rid of the flour taste.)
Whisk in milk and increase heat to medium low and cook till thick.
