Baked Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes

Scrub potatoes and pat them dry. Prick with a fork (4-6 times for medium potatoes.) Bake in a 425 F. oven for 40 to 60 minutes (or in a 350 F. oven for 70 to 80 minutes) or till tender (test with a fork.)

For that picture perfect look: using a knife, but a crisscross in each top. Press in and up on ends of each potato.

Sweet potatoes are cooked the same way.
