Eggs
1 Tbsp. Butter
Salt and Pepper
In a frying pan, get an inch of water boiling very hard (the temperature will drop when you add the eggs.) Add butter, salt and pepper to water. Crack an egg into a small dish then gently set dish in the boiling water and tip the dish to let the egg and water combine (this keeps the egg from scattering apart.) Remove egg when it has set up as much as you like.
Serve with salsa.
