¾ lb. Boneless Chicken Breast (cut into bite size pieces and marinade for 10 minutes.)
Marinade:
1 ½ tsp. Soy Sauce
¼ tsp. Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
Breading: (remove chicken from marinade and coat in flour mixture before frying.)
4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Flour
Sauce: (Combine all ingredients and cook until thick.)
¼ tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Water
½ tsp. Corn Starch
