3 Chicken Breasts
½ C. Flour
¾ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
½ C. Water
Hot Vegetable Oil
Cut Chicken into 1 to 1 ½-inch pieces, set aside. For best results in browning food, dry the chicken first.
Combine flour, salt, sesame seeds, egg and water. Dip chicken in batter and fry in hot oil (375˚ F.) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels
Serves 6 to 8.
