4 to 5 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
½ C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Red Wine Vinegar
½ C. White Cooking Wine
½ C. Pitted Prunes
¼ C. Capers
2 Tbsp. Oregano 3 Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
2 Chickens (Cut into 14 to 16 Pieces)
Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight.
Place in baking pan and cover with tin foil. Bake for approximately 1 ½ hours at 350˚ F. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes of baking.
