3 ½ C. Milk
½ C. Cream of Wheat
1 Egg Beaten
¼ C. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Almond
Scald milk. Stir in cream of wheat until thickens, stirring constantly. Add mush to beaten egg and add back, stirring well. Remove from heat and add sugar. Cook a few minutes longer. Remove from heat and add vanilla and almond extracts. Cool for a few minutes.
