Eggs Goldenrod

White Sauce
Hard Boiled Eggs
    (See Hard-Boiled Eggs instructions)

Make a large batch of white sauce (see White Sauce recipe.) Slice the egg whites into cubes. Press the yellow of the egg through a strainer. Serve with toast.
