Mom's GF Chocolate Cookies


Dry Ingredients:
2 1/2 C. Almond Flour
1/2 C. Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp. Bakind Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

Liquid Ingredients:
1/2 C. Oil
1/2 C. Grade B Maple Syrup
12 tsp. Almond Extract (or Peppermint)

Preheat oven to 350 F.


Combine dry ingredients and make a well in the center. Combine liquid ingredients within the well and stir whole mixture together.

Flatten walnut size balls on wax papered cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes.
