Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Dates (2014)

Whole Dates
Smoked Gouda Cheese
Bacon

Pit the dates, but keep them as whole as possible. Only open the date enough to put the cheese in. Cook  the bacon half way and wrap around the date. Bake at 350 F until done.
