KK's Crispy Apple

1 Big Apple
Brown Sugar
Pecans, Chopped
Butter, Melted

Peel the apple, and remove the core. Put the peels in a bowl with a coating of brown sugar, pecans and a smudge of melted butter. Set aside.

Melt butter in a sauce pan, place core and whole peeled apple in butter. Fry the apple and core till they are coated and browned. Keep adding butter as it fries. Make sure you don't leave it unattended. IT WILL BURN! Put on plate and stuff with sugared peel filling till overflowing.

If you choose, you can drizzle syrup or butter over the top.
