1 lb. thinly sliced pork chop
1/2 cup napa cabbage
2 T. minced garlic
2 T minced ginger
3 T chopped cilantro
2 T Siracha hot sauce
2 T soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Dash of sesame oil
Cook pork in a skillet, then slice them into small strips. In a separate bowl, mix cilantro, garlic, and ginger. Add sliced pork, Siracha, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes in the skillet.
