1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Golden Mushroom Soup
½ C. Catsup
2 Bay Leaves
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 Green Onions, Sliced
Parsley, Chopped
3 lbs. Stew Meat
4 Medium Potatoes, Cubed
5 Carrots, Sliced
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 C. Frozen Peas
Mix soups, catsup, bay leaves, soup mix, onions and parsley before adding in meat, potatoes and carrots. Reserve sour cream and peas until the stew is finished cooking.
Place in oven-proof pan, cover and bake for 6 hours at 275˚ F.
Before serving, stir in frozen peas and sour cream.
Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
