Plain Yogurt or Buttermilk or Eggs
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers, Crushed
3/4 C. Flour
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 C. Parmesan Cheese
1 Cube Butter, Melted
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine crackers, flour, garlic salt, parsley, pepper and cheese to make breading. Coat chicken in yogurt or buttermilk or eggs. Dunk in breading, being sure to pack as much as possible onto the chicken, covering all empty portions. Set in dripper pan (like a lasagna dish.) Pour melted butter over chicken, being sure to cover as much of the chicken as possible (otherwise the breading remains dry.)
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes till golden and cooked through.
