1C. Almond Flour
1/2 C. Gluten Free Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Cinnamon
1 to 2 Tbsp. Oil
2 Eggs
Almond Extract
Enough liquid to make the batter
Mix dry ingredients. Make a well and blend dry ingredients in the well. Mix in enough liquid to make the right consistency.
Hint: Hot pan + cold oil = your food won't stick.
