Frosted Filipino Sweet Rice (Andrea, 2014)

4 1/2 Cups Cooked Rice (short or long grain)
1/4 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 oz. Cream Cheese

Topping:
1/4 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Fruit

Mix the first 1/4 can milk and cream cheese with the rice while it is still hot. When it is melted put mixture in the fridge until room temperature. Form rice into balls and pour second 1/4 can milk over the top of each. Decorate with fruit. Serve warm or cold.
