1 Can of full-fat coconut milk
2 Ounces 1/4 Cup of Massaman curry paste
3/4 Cup unsweetened natural creamy peanut butter (Adams)
1/2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 Cup sugar
2 Tbsp. of apple cider or white vinegar
1/2 Cup water
Comine all ingredients and cook to simmer.
