2 C. Sugar
½ C. Vinegar
½ C. Water
1 Tbsp. Butter
¼ tsp. Baking Soda
Combine sugar, vinegar and water in a pot. Cook stirring until sugar dissolves. Cook over medium-high heat stirring very little to 264˚ F. Add butter and baking soda, stir and remove. Pour into buttered shallow platter. Cool. When cool enough to handle, butter hands and pull. Cut with scissors into bite size pieces.
