Sam's Wookiee Cookies

2 ¼ C. All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1 C. Unsalted Butter, at Room Temperature

1 C. Packed Brown Sugar

½ C. Sugar

2 Large Eggs

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 C. Milk Chocolate Chips

1 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat the oven to 375˚ F.

In a small bowl combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set Aside.

Put the butter and sugars in standing mixer and beat on high speed about 3 minutes until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add the flour mixture. Mix well and add chocolate chips. 

Bake about 10 minutes or until golden.

Yields about 3 dozen cookies.
