Pulled Pork


2 Pork Shoulders (From Costco, 1 package holds 2 shoulders)
1/2 (48 oz.) Jar Jack’s Special Salsa (From Costco)
Put pork shoulders in large Dutch oven or large heavy bottomed pan with a lid. Dump a whole jar of Jack’s Special Salsa over the top. Cover and cook for 12 to 14 hours at about 250˚ F, until the pork falls apart when shredded with a fork. 
Shred pork with forks (this should be very easy) then you can use it as it is for burritos or tacos, or pour BBQ sauce over the top and use it for pulled pork sandwiches.  
Yields enough pork for at least 80 or 90 people.
