Joe's Favorite, Beef Brisket

1 Costco Beef Brisket

Steak Rub (or Favorite Seasonings)

Double over a large piece of tin foil, lay brisket on top and rub steak seasoning on both sides. Fold the foil around the brisket and seal well so no juices can escape. Set in roasting pan (like a turkey roasting pan) and bake for 8 to 10 hours at 250˚ F. 

When finished, strain the drippings into a saucepan and thicken with cornstarch while it cooks to make gravy.
