1 C. Honey
2/3 C. Oil
3 Tbsp. Gluten
3 Tbsp. Dough Enhancer
1 C. Six-Grain
¾ C. Flax Seed
Combine all ingredients saving six-grain and flax seed until after second rising. Let rise. Add flour until dough reaches desired consistency. Let rise. Add six-grain and flax seed. Knead 20 minutes and form into loaves. Let rise 30 minutes (Jeanine lets it rise by her fireplace) bake 25 minutes at 350˚ F.
