Aunt Sheryl's Crock Pot Stew


1 lb. Ground Beef, Browned
½ C. Onions, Chopped
2 Cans Tomato Soup
2 Cans Cream of Celery Soup
1 C. Water
1 C. Grated Carrots
¼ tsp. Garlic Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 or 4 Potatoes Cubed
1 Bay Leaf
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook 4 to 5 hours on high or 9 to 12 hours on low.
